2 days 1 night, TrekSouthwest of Chiangmai behind Doi Inthanon Park

( Jungle trek, nice view and less touristy)

Day 1 Chiangmai – Meo Village – Karen hill tribe village.

  • 08:30 am : Depart from hotel by truck, on the way stop at the Baan-Kart market.
    See and get in touch with local peoples see traders sale their goods, foods
    vegetables, fruits and flowers.
    After that we drive along to the local Thai villages and lush forest which have
    a nice scenery. We arrive at the Meo village and have a lunch, And then we
    Start walking for about 4 hours along the jungle and waterfall and we will see
    A tea and coffee plantation and continue walk to the Karen tribe village.
    After we walk around the village then we continue walk about 300 meters to
    the Karen camp near the small waterfall you can swim and take a relax before
    We have a dinner, camp fire and overnight there!

    If you have chosen the harder route , we climbed up for about 2 and half hours
    to the top of the Doi Pha Ngam mountain ( 2,150 metter above sea level )
    Close to the highest of Thailand , it’s great view, along the way you can see the
    blossoms of Siamese sakura flowers covering trees in pink and Rhododendron
    flowers during January –February.

Day2

  • 08:30 am : After breakfast we start walking for about 3 hours to the waterfall
    And swim. After that continue walk to visit Karen hill tribe village.
    then we continue walk follow stream to the elephant camp and lunch
    after lunch we join with the elephant feeding and bathing, After that
    we continue drive about 10 minutes to do a bamboo rafting for about 40 mins.
    After that we drive back to your hotel in Chiangmai at approximation 6:30 pm.
